10. Product images and colors.
We strive to present our products on the website as accurately and truthfully as possible. Special attention has been paid to ensuring that the colors appear as close to reality as possible. However, please note that differences in screens, settings, and lighting conditions may affect how colors are displayed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match to the physical product.
11. Garment manufacturer and sustainability
Our products are made using garments supplied by a manufacturer (blank apparel). The manufacturer operates production in countries such as China, Bangladesh, and Vietnam, and all facilities follow a Code of Conduct based on International Labour Organization (ILO) principles. Independent audits are carried out to verify compliance. The manufacturer requires responsible sourcing standards, such as BSCI, to be followed throughout the supply chain, including fabric mills, dye houses, and yarn spinners. Raw cotton is sourced globally from countries including China, Australia, India, Brazil, Turkey, the United States, and various African nations. Some cotton comes through the Better Cotton Initiative under a mass balance system, meaning physical traceability to the final product cannot always be guaranteed. In addition, the manufacturer offers GOTS-certified organic products, and currently around 10 % of its garments are made from certified organic cotton.
Supplier factories in Bangladesh and most dye houses in China are certified under OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ensuring that products are tested for harmful substances and meet strict safety requirements. For recycled cotton, the manufacturer applies RCS certification, and for recycled polyester, GRS certification is used. Please note that while the manufacturer complies with various sustainability practices and certifications, we cannot guarantee that every single product is made entirely from certified materials or completely free of impurities. Certification statuses and supply chain arrangements may change over time. This section serves as a disclosure and disclaimer and does not replace official certificates or independent audit reports.
