Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective Date: 12.5.2025

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer rights. For customers outside the EU, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• The item must not be a non-returnable product (see section 4)

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

We refund the cost of the item and the original standard shipping fee (for EU customers), but not return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

• Digital products
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale

5. How to Start a Return
Please contact us at general@renawn.com before sending your item. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
