We ship internationally from Finland to the UK, EU countries, the United States, and Canada. All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday).

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Times and Regions
Estimated delivery times:
- Finland: 2–5 business days
- EU: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or other unforeseen factors.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method selected. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).
4. Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
5. Carriers Used
We use reliable carriers such as Finnish Post, DHL, UPS, and other regional partners. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination and shipping option selected.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at general@renawn.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
